Kristy Ollendorff
Chief Credit Officer, Clearinghouse CDFI
As Chief Credit Officer for Clearinghouse CDFI, Kristy Ollendorff is involved with all aspects of lending in the low-income communities we serve. On average, eighty-eight percent of Clearinghouse CDFI loans are projects that benefit disadvantaged businesses and/ or communities.
Ms. Ollendorff has over 25 years of experience in underwriting and is regarded as an expert in underwriting community development projects. Prior to working for Clearinghouse CDFI, Ms. Ollendorff had many years of experience in upper management for several mortgage companies.
Ms. Ollendorff oversees staff under her direction in processing and underwriting the loan requests submitted to the CDFI for consideration.
Ms. Ollendorff is involved with all aspects of lending in the low-income communities we serve, including nonprofit technical assistance, loan term negotiations, and post close credit issues.
Ms. Ollendorff understands the flexibility needed to underwrite challenging Core and NMTC community loans. In addition, she works with Loan Servicing regarding all current borrowers experiencing problems making payments.
She serves as past Board President of the Boys & Girls Club of Tustin and serves on the board of El Sol Charter School in Santa Ana. Education: Bachelor of Art, Cal State Polytechnic University of Pomona, School of Business.
