Kristy Ollendorff is the Director of Commercial Lending / Chief Commercial Officer for Clearinghouse CDFI. Kristy is involved with all aspects of lending in low-income communities, including non-profit technical assistance, NMTC consulting, loan document negotiations, funding and post audits. Ninety-four percent of the loan portfolio is comprised of projects benefiting disadvantaged businesses and/or communities. Kristy has over 20 years of experience and is regarded as an expert in underwriting community development loans.

She oversees staff to assist with community outreach, processing and underwriting the loan requests submitted to the CDFI for consideration. Kristy oversees the Marketing Department that is responsible for all public relations, marketing development and website design and implementation. She understands the flexibility needed to underwrite challenging Core and NMTC community loans. Furthermore, Kristy works with Loan Servicing regarding all current borrowers experiencing problems making payments. In addition, she has an extensive experience in upper management after serving several mortgage companies.

Kristy is the President of Risk Management Association, Orange County Chapter and serves on the Board of Directors for El Sol Science and Arts Academy. Kristy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Cal State Polytechnic University of Pomona.
